May I suggest two more questions to as...</title><content type='html'>Good post.  May I suggest two more questions to ask perspective title agents when shopping?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;1.  Will I receive a copy of the title commitment to review prior to closing?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;2.  Will the title company perform a full search or short search?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I agree that the title insurer should run a full search but we know that many cut corners and comparing responses to the questions you have posed will help consumers enormously.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;If you get stutters and stammers, move on.
