Cumberland County - Rolling Month- 7/1/2006 to 9/30/2006 compared to the same period 2007 (7/1/2007 to 9/30/2007)
# Units sold - 2006 - 812 2007 - 876 INCREASE 7.88%
Median sales price $255,000 in 2006 - $255,000 in 2007 NO DECREASE IN VALUE
